EventHttp::bind — 將 HTTP 伺服器綁定到指定的位址和連接埠
將 HTTP 伺服器綁定到指定的地址和連接埠。
可以多次呼叫此函式，將同一個 HTTP 伺服器綁定到多個不同的連接埠。
address
包含要進行 listen(2) 的 IP 位址的字串。
port
要監聽的連接埠號。
