ImagickPixel::__construct — ImagickPixel 建構函式
此函式目前沒有文件說明；僅提供其參數列表。
建構一個 ImagickPixel 物件。如果指定了顏色，則會先建構物件，然後使用該顏色初始化，再返回。
color用作此物件初始值的選用顏色字串。
成功時返回 ImagickPixel 物件，失敗時拋出 ImagickPixelException。
