Yaf_Dispatcher::throwException — 開啟/關閉例外拋出
當發生非預期錯誤時，開啟/關閉例外拋出。開啟時，Yaf 會拋出例外，而不是觸發可捕捉的錯誤。
您也可以使用 application.dispatcher.throwException 來達到相同的目的。
