    IntlCalendar::getNow — 取得代表目前時間的數字

    自參考日期以來經過的毫秒數。此數字衍生自系統時間。

    參數

    此函式沒有參數。

    回傳值

    一個 浮點數，表示自 epoch 以來的毫秒數，不計閏秒。
